Development Approvals - Do not delay!

If you have not yet lodged a Development Application for your project and you want to apply for 2018-19 CCIGP funding, Development Applications must be lodged by mid August 2018 to allow adequate processing time. Planning Consent is required for CCIGP eligibility so do not delay and do not wait for the CCIGP to open before lodging your Development Application.

Applicants will be required to pay fees related to Development Applications on receiving a Fee request letter. These fees will be reimbursed to all eligible applicants, regardless of whether your CCIGP application is successful or not. Sponsorship of these fees for Community groups and not-for-profit orgnisations is funded through the Kangaroo Island Council Sponsorship Program. When you have paid these fees, simply fill in a Sponsorship form and return it to Council.
