Existing Swimming Pool Register

As of 1 January 2014, Kangaroo Island Council is required under new State Government laws to develop and implement a swimming pool inspection program and issue compliance certificates after an inspection has found the pool compliant with the requirements of the legislation.

Pool owners should register their swimming pool by completing and submitting the following on line form to avoid potential penalties that may occur.
